The only device I have ever owned that was Apple was the original iPod nano. I am an avid Zune user and have only owned regular PCs. Even though I most likely wont purchase much Apple products, I will admit that Apple has always been ahead of the game. Apple came out with the iPhone and iPod Touch before other touch devices. They came out with the iPad and now other companies (i.e. droid) are replicating it. Yes, Apple is always one step ahead, however, I personally cannot bring myself to pay the price they sell their devices for. I would rather just wait a few months until other companies come out with their own cheaper version.
I like both Macs and PCs, but usually prefer PCs. I don't have an iPad, or anything like it, though.
I thought it was kind of weird that Cook would say Windows products are more expensive, because from what I've looked at, Mac products almost always seem to be more expensive.
